The Original Omelette
Omelets are one of my favorite things to make in the morning. It is quick, easy, and will fill you up.
Ingredients:
2 large egg
1 Tbl. Butter
Choice of cheese (shredded or sliced)
Salt/pepper (optional)
Vegetables Ex. bell peppers, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, etc. (optional)
Tools:
Fork or Whisk
Spatula
Medium sized pan
Small bowl
Instructions: (Without vegetables)
(To Make With Vegetables: You need to put them all in a separate pan and cook them to your liking first. After the butter melts in the omelette pan, add your chopped up vegetables and cook them to your liking. Then add your egg mixture and continue to make the omelette normally.)2

- In a small bowl, whisk together your two eggs until well combined. (You can add your salt and pepper now or later)
- Then, at about medium to high heat, melt your butter in the pan and add your eggs.
- Wait about 45 seconds to a minute for the eggs to form a cooked layer on the bottom of the pan.
- Carefully pull the eggs from the side into the middle to open an area for the uncooked eggs to go.
- Lift your pan up so the uncooked eggs can slide into that area.
- Continue to do that until all uncooked egg parts are cooked.
- This is why we need it on medium to high heat so the eggs don't burn!
- Once it is done cooking, turn the heat to low and add your cheese to the middle.
- Now it's time to fold the eggs. Lift the left part of the eggs with your spatula on top of the middle cheese layer. Then take the right side of the eggs and flip that to the middle to create your omelet.
- You can sprinkle some salt/pepper right now to your liking. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter - Banana Sandwich
Here's the recipe for my favorite on-the-go breakfast:
Ingredients:
1 piece of toast
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 Banana
Chia seeds (Optional)
Directions:

Directions:
- You can toast your bread in the toaster before you do this (Optional)
- Take your toast and smear the peanut or almond butter onto it.
- Sprinkle some chia seeds on top of it (optional) Chia seeds are super good for you and they don't have any taste either.
- Cut up some banana slices and place them on the toast
- All done! See, look how easy that was. Enjoy!
The Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
This next recipe doesn't even have to be for breakfast :) So, here is what you need to make this strawberry banana smoothie!
Ingredients:
2 packages of strawberries (washed and cut in half)
1 banana
1 cup of milk
Honey (optional, this is for sweetening)
1/2 a cup of crushed ice
Tools:
Blender
Measuring Cups
Directions:
- In your blender, add your ice and honey.
- Then add your strawberries (this should reach the top of the blender)
- Add your banana
- Add your milk
- Blend all together and your done!
- This should make about 6 servings :)
Banana Pancake
This next recipe is a 2 ingredient banana pancake.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 Eggs
Directions:
- First, crack your eggs in a small bowl and beat them very slightly.
- Then add your banana and mush them together.
- Butter your pan with butter or a non stick cooking spray.
- Add about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan (amount can vary based on how big you want them to be)
- Wait about 1-2 minutes per side and FLIP!
- Drizzle on some syrup or whatever toppings you want and your done!
